Project Manager

Develops and executes all necessary logistics for multiple customer meetings, conferences, and conventions. Develops and maintains customer, supplier, and staff relations. Acts as an advisor to staff, service providers and clients in all circumstances. Creates and manages financial elements associated with program costs. Provides leadership, training, and materials to on-site staff.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consults with clients, co-workers, and service providers to determine objectives, requirements and make recommendations for meetings and events.
  • Initiates, develops, and manages written components of each project from conception to execution.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of staff and meeting site personnel to make arrangements, prepare facilities, and provide services for meetings and events.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and training normally associated with completion of a four year degree in a business-related program. Three years of experience in meeting planning or roles directly related to meeting planning. Must have proven success with various meeting program formats on a small and large scale. Must be able to manage time and prioritize work effectively, be a team player, work independently, meet stringent deadlines, and work well under pressure. Some travel may be required. Valid passport required. Additional skills requirements include:

  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs - Word, Excel and working knowledge of Access and Power Point
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong customer relations and customer-facing skills

Executive Assistant to the President

Provides support to the President relevant to all business operations, vendor, and client relations. Manages daily schedule to optimize Executive's time and productivity. Participates in overseeing various company processes, procedures and systems. Provides recommendations for enhancement and efficiency. Promotes teamwork, leadership, initiative, and enthusiasm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to a member of the Executive Team and at all times represents that office professionally to employees, clients, suppliers, other external individuals and/or entities.
  • Provides communication support between executive and employees, clients and supplier.
  • Provides support where needed in daily operations; manages special projects.

Qualifications

  • Education and training normally associated with completion of a four-year degree in a business-related program.
  • Three years experience required in an executive support or related role.
  • Must be able to manage time and prioritize work effectively, be a team player, work independently, meet stringent deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • Must have the discipline to handle confidential information and the professionalism to represent the Executive's office.

Sales Account Manager

Drives business development and sales initiatives in regards to all aspects of client response, client follow-up, and client deliverables. Monitors accounts for optimal sales opportunities. Builds and maintains strategic business relationships; monitors existing client programs and intervenes and troubleshoots when necessary to ensure continued high customer satisfaction. Executes and oversees the transition of information from the client to internal contacts. Supports business development efforts on all levels, both internally and externally.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides support for client response, client follow up, and client deliverables
  • Troubleshoots issues through daily communication; keeps management up-to-date on interactions and problem areas
  • Keeps sales database up to date
  • Drafts supporting documents for sales efforts
  • Participates in networking opportunities
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
